These trees are on private property. The Parks Department does not have jurisdiction on private trees. We have referred your request to LCI.

Are you stating that these trees are my property after all these years, I reported in 2012 to You Rebecca? This can not be true. Who fromLCI I need to contact? And I also need to contact the Mayor Office because this is crazy. I need your supervisor Rebecca and LCI Supervisor who you sent request to. Please ride by this area and take a look, Anyone will say this area is a disaster, it looks terrible, looks like a forest. And NO ONE will want to live like this put yourself in my shoes. I pay taxes and something needs to be done immediately. Maybe I need to call Channel 8 News, maybe that will get the process speeding up.

This area belongs to the State. The Branford DOT office is aware of the conditions and should be correcting them. The Alder of the area has been in contact with them.

Please give me the name and number of Alderman and LCI in east haven so I can check on the Status of this work order.

I find it very disturbing since I reported this concern since 2012 and now it’s 2019 and now it’s being told to me that the tress are going to referred to LCI in east haven /Brandford DOT.
I feel that Parks in Rec Rebecca has not completed her job duties because this issue could’ve have been addressed and taken care of instead of telling me that these trees are on list to be cut down. This is frustrating and disappointed because now the trees are growing out of proportion. The trees are Covering the walk sign, sidewalk, and they are growing over the fence into my property.
Please someone cut these trees down or trim them all the wall down.

This issue has been resolved.

We too have a tree that we have made several calls on for trimming which is partially dead and other areas growing into our house. NOt quite sure how to get the city's help with this matter, even our alderwoman contacted your department, but to no avail. Can someone tell me who we need to contact to get this accomplished. In a storm there could be much danger of wires coming down.
