Thank you for voicing your concerns, I have reached out to georgia power about why these dont have any sort of locks. This is in georgia powers hands now, but i will follow up. This service request will be closed but we will continue to resolve this issue.

Thanks. I was more concerned about rain affecting the circuit breakers and it being hard to make the door stay closed due to gravity and no apparently latch. Security would be another valid issue that I did not think of.
