  • 2 Park Plaza Alpharetta, Georgia - Alpharetta
I had a bicycle accident and was injured at the sidewalk adjacent to the water fountain in front of city Hall. It was just at dusk. There is a five inch drop down from the fountain area to the adjacent sidewalk that is all but impossible to visually discern especially at night since there is no lighting. The attached pictures were taken the next day and illustrate the illusion of a continuous surface where there is actually a drop. There needs to be lighting at the drop, or it needs to be converted to a ramp or at least marked to be noticed. Go there at night and you will have no doubt. This is dangerous, especially at a place that attracts a lot of pedestrian traffic.
  • Cul-De-Sacs In Greenmont Walk Alpharetta, GA - Alpharetta
The Greenmont Walk neighborhood is experiencing an ongoing problem with vehicles that are parked on cul-de-sacs overnight, especially along Greenmont Circle. The HOA has distributed e-mails to the neighborhood requesting cooperation in keeping the streets and cul-de-sacs clear for emergency vehicles. Could the City please place warning notices on vehicles that are illegally parked overnight? Thank you.
  • 155 Greenmont Circle Alpharetta, GA 30009 - Alpharetta
We respectfully request that the City inspect the property at 155 Greenmont Circle for code violations. Notices by the HOA to the owner to maintain the property have not resulted in improvements. Neighbors report that rodents have gained access to the house in several locations (see attached photo) and they are concerend about health hazards/dangers associated with that as well as other delapidated conditions of the property. This in an unoccuppied bank-owned property. Thank you.
  • 1570-1576 Rucker Rd Alpharetta, GA 30009, USA - Alpharetta
The property at 1450 Rucker Road has grass/weeds growing over two feet high in the front yard and along the street. It is an eyesore to property owners up and down Rucker Road not to mention a code violation. Please have the City mow the lawn if the property is abandoned.
