This is not the first time the hydrant has been completely covered. The last time it was a mound of dirt.
As requested by code enforcement (because they are apparently out of warnings) we called APD and they sent out AFD. It's corrected now, but we would like to see the city get with Sharp Residential to self police the hydrant, including all the parking issues (in front of the hydrant) that continue to be a problem.
