    Red left turn signal even when no traffic:

    Heading south on N. Point Pkwy., trying to turn left onto Preston Ridge Rd (YMCA and Greenway). There is a red light for left turn even when main light is green and no oncoming traffic. I assume this is in place because of limited visibility due to curve in road and landscaped median.

    Suggestion: allow left turns while yielding to northbound traffic, especially during periods of light traffic (evenings and weekends).

    Seems to be enough visibility here to support that.

    Left turn signal would not turn green through 2-3 light cycles. Eventually, I gave up and went straight. Not sure if it is a repeatable problem or if it was just the way we were lined up. I was slightly over line in a relatively high-sitting Honda Element. Person behind me was not on my bumper -- they left maybe 1/3 car gap. I tried backing up slightly and it still did not activate.

    Heading north on Main St., trying to turn left onto Old Milton Pkwy.
